Daniel Covell is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of CGM, where he helps guide the firm's strategic direction, partnership strategy, business development initiatives, and client engagement efforts.

With more than two decades of experience in financial services and business leadership, Daniel brings a broad perspective to helping organizations evaluate opportunities that influence financial performance, operational effectiveness, and long-term growth. He began his career with Morgan Stanley in New York City and later built a private wealth management practice advising business owners, executives, and individuals on financial planning and wealth strategies.

Throughout his career, Daniel has combined financial expertise with entrepreneurial experience, including investing in and operating businesses across multiple industries. This background gives him practical insight into the decisions organizations face when balancing growth, profitability, operational demands, and strategic priorities.

At CGM, Daniel works with strategic partners, healthcare organizations, business leaders, and referral networks to identify opportunities that can improve outcomes while preserving operational focus. He also serves on the National Small Business Association Leadership Council, supporting initiatives that advocate for business owners and entrepreneurs.

Vincent brings more than twenty years of experience spanning financial services, healthcare, sales leadership, business development, and executive management. Prior to co-founding CGM, he held leadership positions within the banking industry, developing expertise in financial management, client advisory, team development, and organizational leadership.

His ability to translate complex challenges into practical solutions has made him a trusted advisor to organizations seeking to improve performance, evaluate strategic initiatives, and strengthen operating discipline. Vincent's experience across healthcare and financial services allows him to bring a balanced perspective to client engagements involving growth, efficiency, innovation, and long-term planning.
