CG Moneta uses information submitted through password-protected areas for legitimate business purposes, including evaluating and managing prospective client opportunities, coordinating introductions and business-development activities, administering agent and referral relationships, assigning and tracking prospective opportunities, preventing conflicting or duplicate submissions, maintaining appropriate business records, communicating with prospective clients and business contacts, and providing or facilitating requested services.

Authorized users who submit information concerning another individual or organization are responsible for ensuring that they have an appropriate business purpose and authority to provide that information to CG Moneta. Where the client intake form asks whether a referred contact has consented to being contacted, users should accurately identify the applicable consent or introduction status.

The client intake process is intended for business and professional information. Users should not submit protected health information (PHI), patient information, Social Security numbers, financial account information, medical information about an individual, or other sensitive personal information through the client intake form unless specifically requested by CG Moneta through an appropriate secure process.
