Jennifer was born in Houston, Texas and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. When she turned 18 years old, Jennifer made the decision to follow her passion for Cosmetology… which led her to sunny Florida, where she resides today. Jennifer was an award-winning Salon Executive at JC Penney, where she headed up a diverse team of 20+ top-tier stylists. In her 18+ career in management, she received numerous awards, recognitions and accolades. Jennifer sat on the board of directors for the Cosmetology Occupational Advisory Board, was the lead Salon & Spa trainer for seven Disney Corporation properties and has provided a variety of styling services for photo shoots, including the largest pageantry magazine photo shoot to date. Jennifer is also a regular on radio talk shows and has been a platform artist and fashion model. Having been born into a large family, Jennifer was inspired to give back and made the decision to become a foster parent. She currently has 11 children and has been fostering for over six years. Jennifer has been instrumental in helping to shape the lives of over 600+ foster children, all of whom have been placed in her home at one point. Her passion for helping others ignited a fire in Jennifer that turned into an inferno when it came to providing a safe environment for children. Jennifer is the recipient of the Foster Care Halo Award for being an exemplary Foster Mother. She has also received an award for completing the City Commissioners Government Academy as well as the Civilian Police Academy. She remains ingrained in both local and state governmental affairs and brings both her connections and her legendary passion to the CG Moneta Team. Charity is close to Jennifers heart and she doesn’t hesitate to volunteer when the opportunity presents itself. Jennifer was the Executive Director for Woman on a Mission to Earn Commission for their Heathrow Chapter and has sat on the board for numerous Gala Committees, including The Orlando City Soccer Ball. As CG Moneta’s National Director of Strategic Partnerships, Jennifer manages our relationship with local Chambers of Commerce, organizations and businesses that share synergies with our firm and would benefit through a strategic partnership. This includes our Corporate Partnerships as well as local charitable organizations and outreach programs that are a part of our firm’s initiatives.
